Once again, the delivery was quick and the packaging was lovely and thoughtful.
The dress I got (Cynthia - Navy Constance Spry Dress) is simply stunning. I've had my eye on the Cynthia dress for a couple of years, and I’m thrilled to finally own it. The fit is perfect, and it looks even better in person than it did online.
I really adore Palava clothing. Each piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail, and it always brings me happiness when I wear it.

"Calves feel constricted..."
Sadly, these gorgeous and pricey knee-high socks were just too snug around the calf area. Since I had to put on one pair to find this out, I was only able to send back one pair.

"Still waiting: The item hasn't arrived yet"
Update: Looks like the Palava crew is doing everything possible to track down the item. Gotta say, they've been super helpful throughout this whole thing. I’ll give my thoughts on the cardigan once I (fingers crossed) finally get it. The four stars are for their customer support.
I still haven’t gotten the item. It seems to be lost somewhere in transit. Really bummed out, not just 'cause I’m eager for the cardigan, but also 'cause I’ve lost quite a bit of cash.

"Decent service and design, but quality could be better."
My order showed up fast and was well packaged. I felt a bit let down by the dress's quality. The one I got around 8 years back (which I loved, but now it's a tad snug) was made of a nicer cotton and had a lovely lining.

These stylish designs are made from quality materials and offer fantastic value as well. The customer service is pretty solid too. Delivery was quick, and exchanging items was a breeze. I’ve popped into the lovely store on Caledonian Road to check out different styles and sizes to find what works best for me - definitely worth checking out.
